RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vivienne & Mae, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • All tags and labels must still be attached
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Trying items on for fit is acceptable. However, items that show signs of use cannot be returned.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that returned items must be sent to our international fulfillment center located in China.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 30 business days after the returned item has been received for the refund to be processed.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to modify the shipment.


DELIVERED PACKAGES

Vivienne & Mae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
