ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped from one of our fulfillment partners.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


FREE SHIPPING

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are no hidden shipping fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.


ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking information.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Vivienne & Mae is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Vivienne & Mae cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Our support team will always do our best to assist you.
